Nigeria to widen deficits by 4.78% as it presents N20.5 trln budget for 2023: President Buhari in a budget speech on Friday to the joint sitting of the parliament also indicated plans by the government to discontinue the expensive fuel subsidy, noting that the economy could no longer continue its fuel subsidy policy.
