CBN bars banks from accessing discount windows on forex, treasury bills auction dates: The CBN circular listed the activities that banks are barred from accessing its short-term funds including the Open Market Operations (OMO), where the CBN sells secondary market treasury bills, government securities, bonds auctions and foreign exchange markets.
