The state of Nigeria nation: presidency open support for anarchy: Banning open grazing does not in any way tantamount to restriction of movement or freedom of movement by citizens. While every citizen has the right to freely move around the country without being hindered, the illegal occupation of Southern forest by herdsmen should not be seen as part of their right of movement.
