SEC to close down crowdfunding portals/digital platform that fails its registration test by June 30: In a statement on Thursday, the capital market regulator said operations of such platform that fail to comply with its registration requirement before the deadline would be categorized as illegal and attract regulatory sanction as stipulated in the Rules.
