A Nigeria court stops govt plans to take over unclaimed dividends, dormant accounts: In February, Palm Wealth Shareholders Association (PWSA) filed a suit against the implementation of a portion of the 2020 Finance Act which confers power of the government to set up a trust fund to take over both unclaimed dividend and dormant accounts in the banks.
