Access Bank, UBA, others invest $10 bln in Dangote refinery, says CBN Gov: Emefiele said Access Bank Plc, Zenith Bank Plc, United Bank for Africa Plc, First Bank of Nigeria Limited and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc are the Nigerian banks that supported the realisation of the refinery project, which is expected to commence operation in the first quarter of 2022.
